Hail damage
Have you seen hail this size or larger?
If you have seen hail 20mm or larger in the last 5 years, your property may have sustained damage covered by your insurance provider.
Did you know?
Thousands of Australians still have unrepaired damage from past storms
Many homes sustain roof damage following a hailstorm or other severe weather event, which often goes unnoticed.
If ignored, this could deteriorate over time and possibly void warranties.
It's never too late to inspect your roof and lodge a claim, provided it is inspected professionally and lodged correctly.
Our mission is to ensure that all Australians receive everything they are entitled to. The untrained eye cannot see every type of storm damage. It is beneficial to have our experts inspect your roof if hailstorms have recently occurred in your area.
When was your
roof last checked?
Our process begins with a free 20 minute initial asset check that evaluates your home for potential past damage based on the storm history in your neighbourhood.
In addition, after severe weather events, we'll continue to be here to check your property in case damage appears in the future.
Did you know?
Damage to solar panels are rarely visible from the ground
The panels that are smashed in this photo were broken by hailstones.
Once the hailstones shatter the glass, each subsequent impact reduces the panel's power output.
Why does it seem like some panels aren’t impacted, while others are shattered? Whilst some panels aren’t damaged to the naked eye, they actually have significant internal damage.
We can test the internal damage of a Panel with a thermal Imaging camera. This is why it’s so important that everyone who has hail larger than even 20mm diameter, should get them examined. Even if they appear fine at first glance.

Our Process
Everything is
handled by us.
Step One
Request
Property Inspection
One of our experienced Roof Inspectors will arrange to attend site to complete a full property inspection to assess all damage.
An inspection will either be conducted with a Drone, or by physically accessing the roof by ladder, at which time we will chalk and photograph the identified damage for our report. This process can take any time between 20 minutes and 1 hour.
Step Two
We Submit and
Manage Your Claim
A roof and storm report will then be compiled to ascertain whether or not the damage is claimable under your insurance policy.
A specialist from our team will handle your entire claim from beginning to end. Let us deal with your insurance company directly on your behalf.
Step Three
Claim Approved
Builders Engaged
Once your claim is approved, there is little to no out-of-pocket cost for you. We hire reputable builders to oversee your project. When possible, our preferred builders always use local tradespeople.
We even pay all or part of any excess fees that the insurance company may impose in connection with the claim.
No Win, No Fee;
Our mission
Holding Australias insurance companies accountable
We fight on behalf of Australians to ensure that their property insurers fully pay claims, not just the minimum required to close the claim.

Success Story: Hail damage identified
"I can't express my gratitude to Wayne and his team enough for their perseverance and commitment in repairing my roof. I wasn't sure how I was going to be able to pay to fix it when I first saw the damage. But Wayne and his team were able to identify that the damage was caused by hail and fought tirelessly to get the insurance companies to cover the repairs.
The process took a few months, and there were a lot of back and forth conversations, but in the end, Wayne and his team won, and my whole roof was replaced at no cost to me! I am so grateful for their expertise and persistence in getting the job done. I highly recommend giving Wayne and his team a call—they will get the job done right and make sure you are taken care of."
