Can’t I do this myself...Why should I choose Concord Solutions?

Does this affect my insurance premiums?

Your premiums may increase if a hailstorm occurs in your area, whether or not you lodge a claim.

For example, imagine everyone on your street lodges a claim due to a hailstorm. From the insurance company's perspective, your house is just as likely to get hit as your neighbour's next time there is a storm.

Avoiding filing a claim in an effort to prevent a rate increase is not a wise move. The most crucial things are using the policy you are already paying for and maintaining your family's most valuable asset.

Can you manage a claim I have already lodged or been denied for?

Yes! We can still assist you at any stage of the claim process, even after your claim has been denied or partially denied.

With our process, we have been able to reverse many claims that had been rejected. Additionally, it is common for us to receive full payment for claims that were only partially accepted at first.

What happens if I don't fix my roof?

It's possible that you won't discover the leaks until it's too late to submit a claim for the hail incident.

You may not notice the effects of damage immediately after a hail storm. However, if the damage is not rectified, your home has the potential for major issues in future. This may include issues with rust and even major leaks.

Should you go to sell your home now or in the future, any damage or leaks could be picked up on a building report. This may significantly devalue your home and cause a potential buyer to look further into the building report potentially missing out on a sale.

If there has been any hail in your area, we encourage you to take advantage of our free inspection to determine the extent of the damage. Find out if you should file a claim and enjoy the peace of mind that comes with it. 

How do you make money if it’s a free service?

Our group of trustworthy licenced builders pays us via a referral agreement when they do the rectification work for our clients.

We charge the builder a fee after the work is finished and the client gives his or her approval. This enables us to continue offering our service to 

property owners for free.

You will only ever receive an invoice from Concord Solutions if you decide to choose a builder other than one of our authorised builders.

How long does the process usually take?

The claims process can take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months depending on your insurance company and their turnaround. The repairs take a few days to 2 weeks.

Do the insurance companies like you getting involved?

Typically, most insurers understand why our service exists. They also understand that overall services like ours are a benefit to the industry.

At the end of the day, we have the policyholder's best interests in mind and want the best outcome for them. Most reputable insurance companies want the same thing; good outcomes and happy customers.

Who does the repairs?

One of our recommended and preferred builders that are QBCC licenced builders and they complete the repairs as per the scope of works.

Can I stay in my property while the repairs are being done?

Yes, many of our clients choose to stay in their properties while the repairs are taking place. Our builder are happy to work around our clients needs.
